If you used a network not supported by the other platform or withdrew an unsupported crypto, you need to contact the other platform or wallet for assistance. Problem scenario: Before withdrawing cryptos, please confirm that the recipient platform or wallet supports the network and address. For example, some platforms or wallets do not support or are not compatible with the Ton or X-layer networks.
